What we build
Three kinds of ground-up work
Building new is a licensed capability, not a portfolio yet. Here is what building from the ground up covers, in plain terms. No projects are shown because none are verified to show.
Single-family homes
A new house on your lot, from the foundation to the finished interior. Every part gets planned on paper before any ground is broken, so you can hold the build to what was drawn. Building a home from scratch is exactly what the general contractor license is for.
Commercial buildings
New commercial buildings meant to be opened, occupied, and run. The same discipline as a house, at a larger scale: the structure, the systems, and the finish all agreed on paper first, with a written record as it goes up. Covered by the general and building contractor licenses.
Subdivisions and multi-unit
More than one home or unit, planned together: subdivisions, townhomes, and multi-unit buildings. A bigger job gets planned in phases, so each stage is something you can check against the plan before the next one starts.
One contractor, whole building
Roof to interior, one licensed builder
Building new means one licensed contractor answering for the whole thing: the structure, the roof over it, and everything inside. That is the same company that would re-roof or remodel a building you already own.
There are no ground-up projects to show here yet. When there are, they will appear on this page with photos and locations, the same way the roofing work does. What we can show you now is a job that makes the harder point: on one storm-hit waterfront home, K. Simon replaced the whole roof and then rebuilt the entire flooded interior, drywall, kitchen, doors, vanities, trim, and whole-home paint, coordinating the licensed electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trades under the same general contractor license.
