WCAG 2.2 AA
Accessibility
A roof decision matters as much to someone using a screen reader or a keyboard as to anyone else. This site is designed and tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We do not claim a conformance certification. We state the standard we build to and we fix what falls short of it.
What is built in
- Keyboard operation. Every control on the site (navigation, forms, phone links) works without a mouse, with a visible focus indicator designed to read on white, black, and yellow surfaces alike.
- Reduced motion. The site honors your operating system’s reduced-motion setting. Nothing on the site depends on animation to be understood.
- Semantic structure. Pages use real headings, landmarks, and a skip-to-content link, so screen readers and other assistive technology can navigate by structure rather than by guesswork.
- Text alternatives. Meaningful images carry text descriptions, and information is never conveyed by color alone.
- Resizable text. Layouts are built to reflow when text is enlarged, so zooming in does not cut off content or hide actions.
Every task has a phone fallback
Anything you can do on this site, you can do by phone. If a form or page does not work for you for any reason, call (888) 669-7663 (888-NOW-ROOF) and make your request by phone.
Found a barrier? Tell us
If something on this site is hard or impossible to use with your assistive technology, we want to know about it. Call (888) 669-7663 and describe the page and what got in your way. Reports go to the people responsible for the site, and they are treated as defects to fix, not feedback to file.
